Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the global strategy for the development and management of the online business. Managing the redesign of the company website.
Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website. Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.
Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website. Utilizing a range of techniques including SEO, SMO, PPC, and Affiliate Marketing.
Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.
Overseeing the social media strategy for the company. Engaging with customers through the use of social media. Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms.
To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution.
Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Monitoring and analyzing market trends, studying competitors' products and services.
Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working with key people within the organization as well as external 3rd party agencies working to aggressive growth targets on an annual basis.
Development and execution of the online marketing activities to drive the business. Allocation and presentation of merchandise within the e commerce site.
Budget management including all creative costs. (Supervising by the Marketing & Communication Manager).
Prepare and execute planning calendar for each season, promotions and mailer campaigns. Plan & Execute ATL & BTL activities including events & exhibitions.
Carrying out internal and external Branding & PR activities.
Analyze customer demographics and purchasing behavior to monitor trends and future sales growth.
Prepare and write copy for all mailer campaigns. Check & update website content.

Should have sound knowledge of UI & UX of website
Strong understanding of Marketing and Branding concepts

Should have analytical skills
Should possess know how of SEO, SMO, PPC, Affiliate Marketing, BTL & ATL activities.
Knowledge on designing software like Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator will be added advantage
Should be able to create presentations & reports using MS office
