5+ yrs. of exp in Finance & Accounting Services / Banking and financial services etc.
Key Skills - Domain expert, leadership skills and extensive process expertise.
Sound understanding of accounting practices and standards
Sound understanding of the business processes
Good Exposure in Finance & Accounting Analysis.
Ability to build a team and delegate.
Should have driven Six Sigma projects
Should have managed large teams & handled multiple projects
Should have experience in financial products
Should have managed a team size of Minimum 15+ for Team leader role, Team Size of 35+ for Asst. Manager , Team Size of 50+ for Manager.
5+ Yrs. of exp. in Finance & Accounting / Banking and financial services.
Should have exposure to Investment banking, trade reconciliation, Financial derivatives
Should have been working in BPO industry
Ready to relocate to Nasik & 6 Day working culture.
Willing to work in shift.
B. Com, M. Com, MBA Finance or CA / ICWA Inter / Certified
