Rimini Street is looking for a passionate and self-motivated Recruiter to successfully support both technical and non-technical business units. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ERP market, a proven track record of success recruiting passive and active candidates and partnering with hiring management to define roles and implement successful hiring strategies in India.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Point of contact with hiring managers to develop compelling job descriptions by understanding the skills and background required, the impact of the role, and what constitutes an ideal fit.
Experience and comfortable with full lifecycle recruiting.
Use your expertise in innovative recruiting techniques to actively and creatively network, evaluate top talent across all functional groups.
Proactively seek out hiring managers and candidates with superior follow through skills to enhance their respective experiences and relationships.
Expertise in Boolean searches, innovative sourcing tools and social networking sites along with more traditional techniques will be used. This includes cold calling, screening and qualifying prospective candidates, manage interview and offer processes, conduct reference checks, make salary recommendations, and close candidates within a timely manner.
Manage candidates through entire recruitment and hiring process, ensuring a positive experience as well as appropriate legal and compliant employment processes.
Manage communications with Hiring Managers and candidates throughout entire hiring process
Manage Applicant Tracking System including all changes, updates and reporting.
4-7yrs of direct experience sourcing, recruiting, closing, creating and managing process, and managing client and candidate relationships on a global scale.
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize workload
Ability to analyze data
Must be able to manage highly confidential information.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on the big picture
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
Startup experience along with the ability to scale with a fast growing company
Experience with Applicant tracking Systems
