JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales Manager is one of the key positions in the company, he / she will be responsible for managing teams & clients and ensure quality and productivity so as to meet the targets.

Motivating and engaging team members and maintaining attrition will be the key to his success as well as of the organization.

Within thresholds Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enable them to improve their performance and focus on their career advancement within the organization.

>> Responsible for revenue generation and team target.
>> Managing a team of international Ad sales executive - selling advertisement space on B2B websites and magazines to overseas companies.
>> Assign targets and verticals to executives based on their potential.
>> Take escalation calls & closures for the team members.
>>Train, motivate, encourage and guide executives to make sure that the team members achieve their targets.
>> Maintains accurate records of all clients, sales, services and activity reports on daily basis.
>> Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets defined for a B2B vertical.
>> Provide revenue forecasts on weekly basis to the Director and work to achieve the same on time.
>> Plan and organize a result-oriented sales strategy for the assigned vertical/markets.
>> Keep up-to-date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, advertising and promotional trends.
