>> Managing a team of international Ad sales executive - selling advertisement space on B2B websites and magazines to overseas companies.
>> Assign targets and verticals to executives based on their potential.
>> Take escalation calls & closures for the team members.
>>Train, motivate, encourage and guide executives to make sure that the team members achieve their targets.
>> Maintains accurate records of all clients, sales, services and activity reports on daily basis.
>> Build sales pipeline in line with sales targets defined for a B2B vertical.
>> Provide revenue forecasts on weekly basis to the Director and work to achieve the same on time.
>> Plan and organize a result-oriented sales strategy for the assigned vertical/markets.
>> Keep up-to-date with product applications, technical services, market conditions, advertising and promotional trends.
