We are seeking a rearing to go Senior Business Development Manager-International Sales to come in and help build the business as we look at attaining newer heights of success. He/she will be working in tandem with the Top Management Team in developing and executing marketing / business strategies and tactics. The candidate must have exposer of International Market (US and Europe). An individual with profound knowledge in the Web Design/Development industry would be preferred.
These is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a go getter and have an accomplished track record of generating business from European and US market, managing existing and developing new clientele.
The job profile involves reinforcing the current healthy ties with clients and chart out growth plans including delivery schedules in tune with strategic and progressive account management. To this end, must be able to conceptualize a pragmatic philosophy of identifying new business opportunities alongside following-up and prioritizing the tasks as the guiding light.
1- Should have good US and European market exposer in developing and managing business opportunities.
2- Candidate must have ability to forecast and develop strategy about effective sales, marketing, distribution, new business development and pricing.
3- Thorough understanding of the market, technologies, solutions and tools.
4- The candidate will be required to take complete ownership for monitoring and selling Web, digital marketing and application solutions in the international market
5- Research, Analyze, Synthesize, Identify expansion opportunities in target market to establish long-lasting business relationships
6- Should be good in customer relation management to acquire new business and cultivating existing with Decision Makers in Corporate Sector
7- Should be a good Leader, Team player and problem solver
