Head of Sales & Marketing
Exp: 14+ years in to the Small Appliances channel sales
Location: Delhi
Reporting to CEO

- Set the sales and marketing strategy and targets for the company for discussion with and approval of the Board
- Drive sales and manage P&L both for Products as well as After-sales service agreements
- Improve brand visibility
- Manage the S&M organization and budgets effectively and efficiently
- Evaluate constantly the impact of the sales, marketing and promotion actions including competitor positions and adapt strategies to enhance and achieve stretch targets with the regional and key cities Heads of Sales and Marketing
- Negotiate, where appropriate, arrangements with National/Regional Modern Trade and closely manage the relationship including distributor relationships
- Identify growth opportunities to introduce new products as well as improving existing products and services
- Ensure transfer of best-practices across the organization
- Review current sales and marketing structure, propose changes to the Board and enhance HR practices including talent development, training and retention with the Head of HR.

- Excellent knowledge and experience of the consumer durable goods market in India with well established relations
