KPAs AND ACTIVITIES:
. Develop the marketing strategies for positioning of product and to attract the prospects
. Handle the entire marketing budget
. Handle all the pre-launch activities for the project and ensure its all complete as per the timelines.
. Handle the project launch
. Handle the PR activities, arrange press conference and ensure the role out of contents in circulations.
. Handle all the top of the Line agencies and other external vendors.
. Market mapping, competitor tracking, and corporate communication for market penetration.
. Create and manage the entire team allocate individual responsibilities and ensure the productivity.
. Create the different marketing strategy for different segments of customers.
. Understand the market trend and work out for the product development for the project
. Work out on the marketing strategies as per the project life cycle
. Develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities for further enhancement of project
. Head the entire Brand, Advertisement and Events,
. Create the entire brand guidelines, brand pillars for the organization & set the complete brand structure in the organization.
. Identify and select an agency as a Brand custodian, negotiate and finalize
. Create a Launch strategy for the project in the market, formalize brand strategy for long & short term and implement the same.
. Create the brand awareness in the market right from the scratch.
. Handle all the pre-launch activities and ensure its all complete as per the timelines.
. Handle the creation of entire website, brochure and other collaterals
. Handling and managing the budget related to marketing, branding & events promotions
. Handle all internal, external and onsite branding.
. Work out on brand recall strategy and implement the same
. Media planning, media buying, competitor mapping and market analysis.
. Create better brand visibility and awareness through Media Mix, promotional events thereby ensuring market penetration
. Handle the separate budget for brand and media
. Track the market competition and work out for the brand positioning, as well create the brand promotion strategy from time to time to overcome the competition.
. Work out for the brand personalities as per the brand needs and finalize the same
. Increase the volume of sales through creation of brand value in the mark
. Create communication strategy and implement the same.
. Handle all the creatives in line with the agency and finalize it.
. Handle the creation of electronic and print advertisement with the help of agency.
. Handle 360 degree communication/advertising
. Handle the media plan, media buying and ensure its implementation.
. Make a communication plan & handle all external communication
Events & Promotion
. Create brand awareness through promotional events at national and international level and ensure the brand visibility, create platform for the sales
. Conceptualize and implement the event strategy for promotion and generate leads for the sales to create the sales volume by giving the direct platform to sales team.
. Handle ATL,BTL exhibitions etc
. Handle entire media plan separately for the events and work out for the media buying.
. Handle all the merchandise for events.
