We are a leading dealer for Mercedes-Benz cars in Chennai. We are looking for a Front Office Manager for our Service Center at Ambattur.
The Front Office Manager will be
1. Fully responsible for all the activities starting from Guest Relations, Planning and Coordinating with Service Advisors, Customer handling, Customer Complaint handling, Floor Coordination, MB India Communications, Customer Satisfaction processes and protocols, etc.,
2. Visiting customer places to meet, understand and address customer queries and complaints with regard to Services rendered.
3. Coordinate with Service Manager, Team Leaders and Service Technicians and CRM on a day to day basis to and understand and resolve issues pertaining to techno commercial issues amicably.
4. Responsible for training the front line staff in MB Customer Relations processes and procedures, Product information and updates and ensure adherence to MB CSI parameters.
5. Handling a team of 12 (Reception, Guest Relations, Service Advisors and Team Leaders).
6. Achieve Revenue and CSI targets assigned for the Front Office team consistently.
7. Self motivated, very good in communication skills, pleasing personality, graduate/diploma (DME/DAE/BE) with min 8 - 10 years in the front office operations.
Candidates with experience in Front Office Management, Customer Relations Management, Showroom Incharge, Showroom Sales Management etc., in a retail setup (car dealerships preferably or from luxury retail) can apply.
