Customer Relation Executive

POSITION TITLE: Customer Relation Executive BUSINESS UNIT: Diagnostics

DEPARTMENT: IVD Sales REPORTS TO: Regional Sales Manager

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Customer Relation Executive is responsible for achieving the annual sales targets by focusing on promotion and sales activity of Diagnostic products like instruments and reagents for our four main line of products namely Biochemistry Reagent & Equipment like Analyzer, BTR, etc;

Immunology products like Blood Banking kits - HIV, HCV, HbsAg & Thyroids, etc; Haematology - equipment & reagent; and

Microbiology - equipment and reagent

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Achieve budgeted product mix sales and collections.

2. Provide technical details of the products to the customers

3. Secure the Annual Rate Contracts at Govt. Institutes in the territory

4. Participate in tenders, preparation of bids

5. Manage channel sale partners in the territory

6. Manage the account receivables

DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/ON-GOING FUNCTIONS:

1. Provide transfer price to Regional Manager

2. Incumbent might sell some products below the pricing norms provided by marketing function, but has to maintain the net contribution. In case he/she wants to sell below the NC level, has to seek approval of the supervisor.

3. Identify competitors in their territory and gather information about their activities.

4. Report to the Manager on weekly basis and provide update on the activities performed.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Biology/Bio Chemistry/Molecular Biology/ Biotechnology)
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Diagnostic industries
Preferred Product knowledge and market understanding
Skills/Qualifications:
Skills/Competencies: Good market acceptability and references
Ability to manage difficult customers

Interpersonal skills Listening skills
Negotiation Skills

Other Skills: Communication Skills

Hardworking and Passionate
