JOB DESCRIPTION:
 
Go To Market Strategy & Sales Support
Plan and execute (cost effective ) GTM strategies. Formulate, direct and execute marketing strategy, and policies to promote products and services, working with the team and agencies
Facilitate strategic sales & annual marketing plan for Products/ Toggr from its design phase to execution strategy.
Facilitate development and implementation of marketing plans across Business verticals and geographies and as per Marketing Operations budget


Market Analysis 
Create a roadmap for Market Intelligence & Market Research, know the competition to proactively and intuitively define strategies to gain first mover advantage
Examine the opportunities to determine the requirements for existing and future product/s

Strategic Planning 
Defines, facilitates development and implementation of category business/marketing plans
Design, facilitates and implements annual marketing plans
Use sales forecasting and strategically creates marketing initiatives to generate demand to achieve envisaged targets
Real time business management - Identify key business trends, growth opportunities and risks, and take necessary action to drive business.


Additionally this role will Oversee Corporate communications
Examine and improve the existing external & internal communication systems
Promote the desired Public Relations efforts
Preferred Candidate Background :
A minimum of 12-15 years working in marketing with at least five years in a senior strategic marketing roles in sectors of FMCG, Technology Products, Consumer Electronics with Advertising background
Bachelor or Engg/ Bachelor degree with a postgraduate qualification in Marketing from reputed institutions .
Strong Leadership Skills
True leader - Self driven, out of box thinker with entrepreneurial bent of mind with exceptional Interpersonal and team building skills
