We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Category Sales Officer to help us improve the revenues and standards of excellence of our Customer Service department. You will work closely on monitoring and improving sales of your category while delighting our customers!
The most important criteria for the job is your passion and advanced knowledge of Jewellery category and a strong desire to deliver on customer satisfaction!
A thorough and detailed domain knowledge of Jewellery Category in terms of manufacturing & technical expertise & product sales
You should be an effective negotiator, leader and communicator in working with some of important sales partners and vendors, as well as with our valued customers.
Manage relationships - manage supplier/partner contracts, manage day-to-day customer relationships
Create business plans for new opportunities and develop and execute project plans in your category
Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines
Meet and exceed revenue target of your category.
Answer customer queries on all sorts of order related queries (customization, deliveries, payments, etc) through means of emails, messages and phone calls
Coordinate with both creators and buyers to make sure every flow of the order execution is running smoothly and on time
Follow through the entire order cycle from the moment a order is made to the final delivery
Liaising with our logistics provider in terms of interactive monitoring, scheduling and trouble shooting of our daily shipments
Facilitate root-cause investigation and follow-through on corrective actions
