Assisting Manager in Maintaining harmonious industrial relations, handling industrial canteen
To assist HOD in the functions related to HR, viz., Day to day HR related works.
To assist HOD in the functions related to IR, viz., Dealing with union officials, handling employees grievances and maintain harmonious Industrial Relations with union and workers.
To assist HOD in evolving suitable HRD, IR and Labour Policies and to implement accordingly.
To assist HOD in various administrative duties.
To organize canteen and other committee meetings from time to time as per the advice of HOD.
To assist the HOD in the matter of disciplinary actions, viz., Framing of charge-sheets and other related disciplinary action letters / correspondences including conduct of domestic enquiries.
Drafting of various official letters, agreements, etc., from time to time or as instructed by HOD.
Monitor the day to day activities of company Guest-house / VIP Guest house and certify the bills for payment.
To look after the Industrial canteen along with Bachelor Mess Personnel / Welfare Officer.
Qualification: PG in HR / IR
Experience 7 to 8 yrs experience in a manufacturing industry.
Should have handled disciplinary actions, Domestic enquiries , Factories act, Handling unions, welfare activities
